Important Policies for our Customers
Primal Island makes yummy stuff. If something is wrong with your to order, please send the unused portion back (our address is on the label) to us with a brief note explaining the problem so we can track and address any issues. We’ll then refund your order in full.
We do our best to ship orders received before noon Pacific Time on the business day it was ordered. Sometimes, when we receive a big ingredient order or one of the kids gets an order, orders go out the next business day. Most orders go out USPS Priority Mail, which takes between 1 and 4 days, depending on where you live, to get to you. If your order is big (9 or more units) and far away from our Island in the upper left corner of the country, we ship with Fed Ex Ground which can take a little longer, usually a day or two, to get across the country.
Primal Island keeps a record of our customers’ names, billing and shipping addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers. Every once in a very great while we may ask you some questions about stuff like new flavors, new products, or what you think about a new label design…just to be sure we’re not going off the rails. If you don’t what to answer, we promise we won’t be offended. We never, ever sell or make available any of your personal information to others (mostly because it really bugs us when others do that).
Primal Island processes payments through Stripe. We accept payments via credit and debit card (including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover). We also accept payments through Google Pay.
