1. Granola and milk!
Granola and milk is the obvious recipe to make when you buy a bag of granola, and it’s a timeless classic. To make granola and milk paleo-friendly, we use Primal Island granola and coconut milk. You can swap out almond milk for your favorite cow milk alternative, but we especially love coconut milk because it complements the coconut in the granola!
2. Fresh fruit smoothie bowl
Smoothie bowls are a great pick for breakfast if you are a fruit-lover. Whizz up some frozen berries, nuts, seeds, and a splash of almond milk or water. You can also add greens like kale and spinach, greens powders, or protein powder to make your smoothie extra nutritious. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and top with nuts, seeds, nut butter, and Primal Island granola.
3. Paleo yogurt parfait
Most yogurts are packed with cow dairy and added sugars, but there are a few alternatives out there that may meet your nutritional needs. Try to find an all-natural coconut or almond-based yogurt that is low in sugars, or you can even make coconut yogurt at home in your Instant Pot for full control over ingredients!
Once you’ve chosen a paleo-friendly yogurt, it’s time to layer your parfait. An 8oz Mason jar is the perfect container to use, or you can use any see-through glass that you have on hand. Allow the pudding to sit overnight, and top it with granola clusters when you are ready to enjoy it the next morning!
